Some users get annoyed by incorrect Outlook autocompletes. Which can easily be fixed while typing in someone's name. You can click on the tool tip that appears. Once it has been selected, press the delete key on your keyboard. This will remove the incorrectly spelled address from your Outlook database. To see if Outlook removed the incorrect address, try typing it in once more and you should notice Outlook will not complete it for you anymore.
